Our Process

How do you know your project will look the way you pictured in your mind’s eye? With the design-build method that we use. This method streamlines project delivery through a single contract between the owner and their design-build team. There are quite a few benefits to the design-build process. Most importantly, a single point of contact fosters collaboration, teamwork, and responsibility. This in turn equates to saving money and time.

We work with each client on a detailed proposal, with a design and budget custom to their needs. Before any construction begins, you and our team meet for a pre-construction walk-through.  At that time, we discuss an initial schedule, working hours, material storage, hauling off debris, and other important items. Additionally, clients are provided with their “To-Do” list.  This details the client’s responsibilities including due dates for material selections and our preferred vendor information.  This guarantees you less stress, confusion, and minimizes any possibility for mishaps or delays. We connect with well-respected companies to supply our clients with top-notch, quality materials.  Our team exclusively works with suppliers who have consistent high-quality products and excellent customer service.
